FIMA Architecture and Planning Ltd is an architecture and interior design company founded by Architect Giuditta Martello.
Since its formation in 2015, the company has focused on a strategic approach to design. By collaborating with our ambitious clients we have developed a design ethos that encompasses urban surroundings, the flow and movement of people whilst maintaining a high standard of design with innovative details.
The studio is located in central London and we work at all scales from bespoke residential homes and commercial projects. Due to the nature of the locations of our projects, we have evolved to master architectural conservation and we design to retain the quality and nature of historic or relevant sites and buildings.
FIMA are experts in planning strategies and have worked predominately on Listed Buildings in the United Kingdom and Europe.
We are very proud to announce that to date we have 100% planning approvals on all our projects.

The Company
We provide architecture, interior design and planning services to all scale projects. We take pride in working hand in hand with our visionary clients and look forward to delivering unique architecture that integrates sustainability and craftsmanship into contemporary relevance.
We oversee projects from concept through to completion and occupation and we carry out the role of Contract Administrators. The success of each project is driven by a precise regulation of our client’s budget, management of the programme and quality of our product delivered.
Approach
Giuditta is an Italian Architect. She carried out her academic education in the United Kingdom and Italy, and grew up in the south of Spain.
Giuditta commenced her career with large-scale freelance residential projects in central London in 2010, which led her to work for Robert Dye Architects, a renowned architecture practice in north London, until 2014.
She founded FIMA Architecture and Planning in late 2015 and commenced working on residential and commercial projects in Central London, Marbella and Switzerland. Due to the nature and locations of the projects she has specialised in conservation and heritage projects with particular emphasis to detail and craftsman solutions, drawing on a foundation of context and history as well as research.
Client collaboration is very important to her. It creates a strong foundation for a successful project. We believe in sharing ideas with each other and innovation. She is passionate about incorporating history and context within the project whilst using emerging and technologies that draw on sustainability and enhance the design and delivery process.

Patrizia Fileccia
Architect
The essence of real Italian design and inspiration. Patrizia is an Italian Architect, and mother of Giuditta Martello, she is the reason why Giuditta became and architect and is passionate about her profession.
Patrizia collaborates with FIMA, especially during the concept and design stages of a project. She has that innovative and creative solution that comes with over 30 years of experience.
Osman Marfo-Gyasi
Architect
Osman is a graduate of Leeds Metropolitan University where he obtained a BA in Architecture. He then went on to complete a Pg Dip at the University of East London followed by an MSc in Architecture – Computing & Design, where he graduated with distinction. Osman’s interest in architectural education has also been explored through his past teaching positions at the University of East London and University College London – The Bartlett. As a visiting lecturer he has taught drafting and rendering techniques, image creation, composition and photography to architectural students.
He is able to bring together all his talents as an architect as well as photographer and digital artist, and manages the graphic output of FIMA's London office, ensuring that the team works efficiently and effectively.
This eye for detail has also been key in all of Osman’s work and he enjoys working closely with the client to ensure that their needs are met practically as well as aesthetically.
Dikla Masuri
Part II Architect
Dikla joined FIMA as a Part II assistant architect. She completed her Part I at the Politecnico of Milano and her Part II at the University of East London.
Prior to joining FIMA she has worked across Israel, Italy and the UK, with her latest previous role being an assistant architect in one of the AJ100 practices in London. As an assistant architect at FIMA she works across a breadth of projects, with a particular interest in the residential and the hospitality sectors.
