This contemporary villa design is located in the Sotogrande area, Andalucía. The plot is raised on a small hill and has the benefits of magnificent views over the Mediterranean, Morocco and the Strait of Gibraltar. The project's strategy is to create internal spaces studied for shading with sun orientation to use to its maximum the climate and panorama.  The external spaces are treated as living spaces that allow interconnection with the internal areas. The swimming pool is surrounded by large terraces and a Mediterranean garden.

The Materials were very important to us, to define the character and harmony of the spaces. These have been selected to achieve a modern, for living flexibility, as well as warm, like Andalucía, the use of textured marbles, large PVC fenestrations with internal shadings. Wooden white doors with linear details. Flush skirting’s in white timber. Walls are mainly white internally and externally which are thought to be broken by the use of natural wooden furniture.
