Collingham Place is located in South-West London within the Courtfield Conservation Area. The buildings are part of the Gunter Estate which constructed between 1865 and 1896.

Our proposal aimed to restore the late Victorian architectural character back into the building, which had been lost in past interventions. This was achieved by balancing the client’s modern needs and usage whilst reinstating classical materials and lost period features.
